Nigel Woolford – Group Consultant
Nigel obtained his General Nurse Training at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. His nursing career spans varied settings both local and rural, from OH&S nurse at Leigh Creek to Director of Nursing at Victor Harbor Nursing Home. Having previously worked for a National Nursing Agency for over seventeen years, Nigel is familiar with all aspects of Agency activities. He is committed to identifying nursing as a positive career choice and supporting nursing colleagues through ongoing education and professional business practices.
Nora Ballantyne – Finance Manager
Nora comes to YNA with over 20 years experience in Finance and Payroll Management. Previously Nora has worked for a range of Public and Private Companies with varied duties covering payroll management for over 1,000 nursing employees to office management for Disability Services providers.
Michele Gourd – Nursing Services Coordinator
Michele started her nursing career over 25 years ago as an Enrolled Nurse working in the acute sector, then moved into Aged Care where her skills were utilised in time to coordinate a Dementia Care Unit from scratch.
Wanting a slight change in career but still wanting to utilise her knowledge of nursing, Michele started to work for a nursing agency as a placement consultant. Over a six-year period Michele’s abilities to work in a professional and friendly manner aided her in progressing from placement consultant to staff trainer for placement consultants to finally becoming a recruitment coordinator responsible for filtering applications and confirming employment opportunities for appropriate staff.
